Dr Varsha’s Health Solutions is focused on spreading knowledge and awareness of Health, Wellness, and Medicines in the community to bring about greater confidence, physical-mental well-being, and productivity.

The portal is focused on family-community health and wellness. It gives access to credible information, health guidance, and understanding of various aspects of health and diseases in a simplified way. It regularly shares blogs, tips, posts from therapy experts, and infographics on common and important health topics, to increase health awareness and empower the community. All information is updated with recent medical advances and therapy concepts.

Being a two-way platform, one can interact with the doctor by posting queries, seeking advice, and having a Telephonic/Video call or E-consultation on any health issue or medical case. Online psychology counseling service is also available. This platform also provides health advice, consultation and guidance to corporates, educational institutes and NGOs.

Dr. Varsha Narayanan, an MBBS (Gold medalist and LG trophy recipient), MS (Oph) from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi, has an IMA fellowship in Family Medicine, certification in Psychology and Counseling from NHCA Singapore, and is further qualified in Holistic Health from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad and Clinical research from Institute of Clinical Research, Mumbai. She is a Consultant for Family Medicine and Holistic Health, as well as for Pharmaceuticals. She is a medical expert for the National Health Authority, Government of India.

Dr. Varsha has more than 20 years of experience in medical practice in clinics and hospitals, as well as health and pharmaceutical research. She has held leadership positions in medical affairs for reputed Indian pharmaceuticals and has also been senior faculty and trainer for pharmaceutical medicine and clinical research.

Dr. Varsha has done acclaimed work in diverse medical and therapy areas through real-world data generation, comparative clinical studies, developing treatment consensus, and presenting-reviewing pharmacotherapy concepts and medicine combinations. She has also developed health and wellness programs for corporates, educational institutions and NGOs.

Dr. Varsha received the Global Achiever’s Award for Healthcare in 2021 and was also awarded COVID warrior 2020-21 by the International Chamber of Professional Education and Industry. She is a speaker and writer at various health forums. She has several national and international peer-reviewed scientific research and review publications (see below), and is on the editorial board of some acclaimed medical journals.
